Absolutely wonderful staff! We arrived quite late at night and were greeted with a warm welcome and drinks for my husband, me and my children. Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The hotel happily accommodated our requests for drivers from the train station, and to the airport the next day. Both drivers were super friendly and made sure we reached our destinations safely. We needed an extra bed in our room, and within minutes staff arrived to set up the bed. We also ordered room service for dinner and both meals arrived quickly and were delicious. The room itself was very clean and and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a variety of dishes that we all enjoyed very much. :)
The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, earning a well-deserved 4 stars. The mouth-watering food options pleasantly surprised us, deserving a solid 5-star rating. The hotel's location was convenient, though not exceptional, earning a respectable 4 stars as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
