The check-in experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the process quick and hassle-free. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The rooms were not properly maintained and there was a lingering odor. The location of the hotel was average, as it was not too far from the main attractions but lacked a picturesque view. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The check-in experience was quick and efficient. However, the food was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. Overall, a great hotel with amazing staff and seamless check-in process, but needs improvement in the food department.
