Staff - 5 star: The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and were always ready to help. Location - 5 star: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to major attractions. It made it easy for me to explore the city and access transportation options. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel thanks to the excellent checkin experience, friendly staff, and great location. I highly recommend this hotel.
