Perfect hotel with perfect staff
Hotel with allrequired facilities. Reception listen to customer concern. However there are certainissues like integration of Oyo booking with hotel requirement. Both have some disagreement over pricing and facilities. I have not liked the kitchen part where we order food and they confirm from reception if it is is included or not. It looks like someone was doing favour to me. Similarly for cleaning of room lot of followup was required. Same was case with wifi which eventually did not worked after followup and I have to use my own internet from mobile. The team is not coordinated but they do work eventually. My basic purpose is fuflilled and moreover, Oyo need to offer what hotel can flawlessly offer. Customer can not get into hustle after booking.
