I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a great experience. The check-in process was a bit slow, hence 3 stars. The room could have been better in terms of cleanliness and comfort, which is why I rated it 2 stars. However, the amenities provided were satisfactory for a comfortable stay, deserving 3 stars. Despite these minor setbacks, the service and staff were amazing, making my stay enjoyable.
