My stay at Oyo was disappointing. Despite booking a room with AC, there was none, making the stay uncomfortable. What's worse, the amount charged exceeded the one displayed during booking. This discrepancy in pricing left a sour taste, highlighting transparency issues with Oyo's billing system. The experience was far from what was promised, and the lack of AC only compounded the frustration. It's crucial for Oyo to ensure that the amenities listed are available and that customers are charged accurately. Overall, the stay fell short of expectations, and improvements in both service and billing transparency are urgently needed to restore trust in the Oyo brand
Hotel stay was outstanding! The cleanliness was top-notch - everything sparkled. The room was impeccable - comfortable and inviting. The check-in experience was seamless and the staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay! 5 stars all the way! Iys very nice soo good
