First of all if someone booked a room and you as a manager you wants to give room for other person then first priority is called the first person and ask about room if you want or not but in my case they directly cancelled my booking and given to someone I booked 2 rooms one person went earlier then me so that room we got it andthat persons said to me if you want that room you have to pay extra only two person available in one room if you want that room you have to pay 1200 extra is it justified...?? 4 people at one room and we paid 2200 And one more bad experience they have shown me good conditioner room but when I visited I saw it’s not hotel like a chol only 10 rooms ground one not a building and room also not that much good what they have shown me and what they have given me so I will upload the picture what they have shown me but I haven’t received that room fake oyo hotel flagship Sunshine lodge it in Pune don’t visit very rude staff
