Hotel was extremely clean. The rooms sparkled and the common areas were immaculate. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options. The check-in experience was seamless and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, a perfect stay!

Besides the hotel being fully booked the check-in staff (Shannu) tried and helped me in the best way possible, rather than denying checkin. He cleaned the room himself and assisted the checkin. It’s rate to see such good customer service. Thanks to his efforts and it’s a good hotel stay.
