Been for a small gathering to have breakfast. They have opened it on time and staff were cooperative. Breakfast was made well and served warmly as expected in this winter. The name of the hotel has changed to Kristal hotel!

The amenities were really good, but could have been better. Checkin experience was amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was good, but there were a few minor issues. Overall, a great stay!
